Meinhart Homes is a family-owned custom home builder based in Orlando, Florida, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Our portfolio includes over 100 projects in the Greater Orlando Area, ranging from 2,000 sq ft to over 10,000 sq ft in size.

Meinhart Homes is a third-generation residential contractor that has been operating in Orlando since the early 1990s. Originally a framing sub-contractor, we have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working on thousands of custom homes. In 1998, we became a licensed residential contractor.
We are proud to run our sub-contracting company alongside Meinhart Homes, and we leverage this to our client’s advantage. By doing so, we are able to provide competitive pricing while still maintaining high-quality products, which we believe sets us apart from other custom home contractors in the industry.
