It makes the process easier if you already own land you wish to build on. However, we work closely with preferred realtors who can find the perfect location for your dream custom home. In addition to securing a lot for your home, we have a list of preapproved mortgage lenders that we have worked closely with over the years.

Every custom home is different. Generally, the building process takes at least a year from signing contracts to your move-in day. For larger projects, it is common to extend that time upwards to 18 months. Many factors come into play, including the design process, lot development, receiving permits, and then the actual construction.

Each custom home is truly unique; therefore, it is nearly impossible to formulate an exact cost before plans have been developed. There are many factors that contribute to the total cost of a custom home, including, location, permitting costs, utility connections, materials, and finish preferences. Our team will provide an estimated price range after an initial meeting with the customer. A full bank budget will be provided in the contracting phase.
